三文魚湯將煎香三文魚放入火雞高湯,加入Morenita辣椒、蒜頭、紅椒粉、月桂葉同椰菜絲同煮,最後加味噌粉提味。
將三文魚柳放入鍋中煎至金黃,然後備用。
First, sear the salmon fillet in a pan until it turns golden brown. Once seared, set it aside.
用油乾炒Morenita辣椒和蒜頭至香味散發。
In a pan, toast the Morenita chiles and garlic in the cooking oil until they become fragrant.
將炒香的辣椒和蒜頭與火雞高湯一起攪打。
Carefully transfer the toasted chiles and garlic to a blender, then add the turkey stock and blend until smooth.
將混合物倒回鍋中,加入黑胡椒、紅椒粉和月桂葉,煮10分鐘。
Pour the blended mixture back into a pot. Stir in the black pepper, paprika, and bay leaf. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
加上椰菜絲和辣椒油。
To serve, top with the shredded cabbage and a drizzle of chili oil.
