炒椰菜花先將半肥瘦豬肉炒香,再加椰菜花、蒜頭、薑、辣椒醬同生抽兜炒,鹹香惹味。
豬肉清洗乾淨切薄片備用。
Rinse the pork clean and slice it thinly, then set aside.
蒜頭剁碎,薑拍鬆備用。
Mince the garlic and lightly smash the ginger, then set aside.
椰菜花切好,清洗乾淨備用。
Cut the cauliflower into florets, rinse clean and set aside.
熱鑊放入豬肉片爆炒。
Heat the wok and stir-fry the pork slices.
炒到金黃,放入蒜頭、薑炒香。
Fry until golden, then add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.
放入椰菜花加少少水,落鹽兜炒,冚蓋 1 分鐘。
Add the cauliflower with a little water, season with salt, stir-fry, then cover for 1 minute.
放入辣椒醬、生抽繼續炒。
Add the chilli sauce and soy sauce and keep stir-frying.
椰菜花炒好喇。
The cauliflower is done.
