菠菜意式煎蛋,焯軟菠菜拌入調味蛋液加 Gorgonzola 藍芝士,放牛油焗碗微波至剛凝固。
將菠菜放喺碗入面,倒入少量滾水焯軟,然後瀝走多餘水分。
Place the frozen spinach leaves in a bowl and pour a small amount of boiling water over them. Once the spinach has softened, carefully drain away any excess water.
加入雞蛋拌勻,用鹽同胡椒調味。
Add the egg to the softened spinach and stir everything together until it's well combined. Season this mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
喺一個單人份焗碗入面放入 3 至 4 小粒牛油。
Place 3 to 4 small pieces of butter into a single-serving ramekin.
將混合物倒入焗碗(唔應超過半滿),面層放上幾小粒 Gorgonzola 藍芝士。用微波爐以 360 瓦特加熱 2 分 30 秒,即刻上桌。
Pour the spinach and egg mixture into the ramekin, making sure it doesn't fill more than half of the dish. Scatter a few small pieces of gorgonzola cheese on top. Microwave the frittata for 2 minutes and 30 seconds at 360 watts. Serve it immediately.
