菠蘿咕嚕肉將沾上鷹粟粉的豬肉煎香,再以白醋、茄汁及糖煮成酸甜醬汁,加菠蘿炒勻。
肉切小件,醃肉,加入鷹粟粉。
Cut the pork into small pieces, marinate, then coat with cornstarch.
罐頭菠蘿切粒,備用。
Dice the canned pineapple and set aside.
用小煲,油不用多,將沾上鷹粟粉的肉放入,煎香兩面。
In a small pot with a little oil, pan-fry the cornstarch-coated pork until both sides are golden.
鑊內落半匙油加蒜頭,倒入汁料。
Add half a spoon of oil to a wok with the garlic, then pour in the sauce.
汁滾起後,放入煎好的肉快炒,再加菠蘿炒勻。
Once the sauce boils, add the fried pork and stir-fry quickly, then add the pineapple and toss to combine.
完成。
