準備淮山。

Rehydrate the wood ear mushroom in water.
煮熟。
Cook until done.
把食材倒入研磨杯,加適量水。
Put the ingredients into a blending cup and add water as needed.
用研磨杯打成細滑泥糊。
Blend into a smooth purée using a baby-food blender.
倒入輔食碗中。
Pour into a feeding bowl.
木耳淮山泥就完成了。
