山藥鮮蝦丸將山藥、蝦肉及蛋清攪打成泥搓丸,灼至浮起,再加青菜同煮,清淡香滑。
將山藥去皮並切成小塊,再與蝦肉、半個蛋清一同放入攪拌機中,攪打成非常細膩的泥狀。
Blend the peeled and chopped Chinese yam, shrimp meat, and egg white into a smooth paste.
把焯水處理過的胡蘿蔔碎和麪粉加入到蝦泥中,拌勻。
Mix in the blanched chopped carrot and plain flour until well combined.
撒入適量的香菇粉,再次攪拌,確保所有材料混合均勻。
Add the shiitake mushroom powder and mix well.
在鍋中加入適量水並加熱,待水燒至鍋底開始冒出細小的氣泡時,即可將蝦丸小心地放入鍋中。
Heat water in a pot until small bubbles form at the bottom, then drop in the shrimp balls.
繼續煮,直到所有的蝦丸都完全浮起來。此時,加入切碎的青菜,再煮大約1分鐘左右。
Cook until all the balls float to the surface, then add the chopped leafy greens and cook for about 1 more minute.
將煮好的山藥鮮蝦丸盛出,香氣撲鼻,即可!
Remove from heat and serve. Deliciously fragrant!
