Ham and Cheese Bruschetta spreads sour cream on split baguette, layers diced ham and Swiss cheese, then bakes until melted and warm.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Take the baguette pieces and slice them in half lengthwise. Spread 1 tablespoon of sour cream evenly over each baguette half. Layer diced ham and shredded Swiss cheese on top. Finish by seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Place the made bruschetta in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
