Hard-Boiled Eggs come up perfectly set by bringing an egg to a boil with a splash of vinegar, then resting covered before cooling in cold water.
Place the egg in a pot and cover with water.

Add the vinegar and slowly bring to a boil; once it boils fully, turn off the heat.

Cover the lid and let the egg rest for 10 minutes.

Then cool it off in cold water.
