Huadiao prawn and vermicelli pot braises prawns, onion and ginger with chilli bean paste and Huadiao wine, the noodles soaking up a fragrant, winey broth.
Stir-fry the ginger slices, minced garlic and onion until fragrant.
炒香薑片、蒜蓉和洋蔥。
Add the chilli bean paste, Huadiao wine and prawns and stir together; once the prawns are half cooked, remove and set aside.
放入豆瓣醬、花雕酒、鮮蝦炒拌,鮮蝦半熟後取出備用。
Add the chicken stock and vermicelli.
加入雞湯及粉絲。
Return the prawns, pour in the light soy sauce, cover and cook for 3 minutes.
放回鮮蝦及倒入生抽,蓋上蓋子煮3分鐘。
