Japanese Miso-Baked Salmon coats salmon steaks in a miso, mirin and rice wine glaze, then air-fries them for a saikyo-yaki finish with lemon.
Sprinkle a little white pepper on both sides of the salmon steaks. Mix the miso, mirin and rice wine together.
三文魚扒兩面撒上少許胡椒粉。將味噌、味醂、米酒混合。
Coat the salmon with the sauce and marinate for at least half an hour; the longer it marinates, the more flavour it absorbs. Bake in a preheated air fryer at 185°C for 8 minutes to finish.
三文魚淋上醬汁醃製至少半個鐘,醃得越耐會越入味!放入預熱氣炸鍋 185 度焗 8 分鐘即成。
*If you have no air fryer, use an oven instead. You can also pan-fry it; if you want it crisp, wipe off the marinade on the surface first.
*冇氣炸鍋可以用焗爐代替。又可以用平底鑊煎,如果想煎得香脆,就要抹走面頭嘅醃料醬汁。
