Salmon Dinner roasts salmon fillets with cherry tomatoes and creamer potatoes, served with green beans tossed in butter and sliced almonds.
Preheat your oven to 400°F.

In a Ziploc bag, combine the halved tomatoes, olive oil, Italian seasoning, and the juice from half of the lemon.

Gently add the salmon fillets to the bag and toss to coat. Transfer them to a foil-lined baking sheet, arranging the seasoned tomatoes around them and placing a slice of lemon on top of each fillet.
將三文魚柳輕輕放入袋中拌勻,放在鋁箔紙烤盤上,將番茄及一片檸檬擺放在每件魚柳上。
Microwave the creamer potatoes for 5 minutes. Afterward, add them to the same Ziploc bag used previously and toss to coat. Place the potatoes on the baking sheet next to the salmon fillets. Season both the fillets and potatoes with freshly ground salt and pepper to your liking.
薯仔微波 5 分鐘,然後放入同一袋中拌勻,放在烤盤上魚柳旁邊。按喜好用現磨鹽和胡椒調味魚柳和薯仔。
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon appears opaque and flakes easily when tested with a fork.

While the salmon and potatoes are baking, prepare the steamable green beans by microwaving them according to the package directions. Once cooked, transfer them to a pan over medium-high heat and toss with the remaining butter, sliced almonds, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until you're ready to serve.
三文魚和薯仔焗烤期間,按包裝指示微波蒸四季豆,然後放入鑊中以中大火加入其餘材料翻炒至準備上碟。
Once the salmon is cooked, switch your oven to high broil. Continue cooking for about 2 minutes, or until the potatoes have developed a golden-brown color.
三文魚烤好後,將焗爐調至高溫燒烤模式,再焗約 2 分鐘,直至薯仔變成金黃色。
Arrange all the made ingredients on a plate and garnish each salmon fillet with a sprig of thyme.
將各材料擺盤,每件魚柳上放一枝百里香裝飾。
