Kombu, Winter Melon and Broad Bean Soup briefly stir-fries kelp and beans in sesame oil, then simmers with winter melon and salt.
Rinse the kombu and cut into slices.

Peel the winter melon, remove the seeds and pulp, and rinse.
把冬瓜去皮、去瓤,並清洗乾淨。
Cut the winter melon into rectangular pieces. Rinse the broad beans.
將處理好的冬瓜切成大小適中的長方塊。同時,把蠶豆瓣也清洗乾淨。
Heat a wok and add the sesame oil. Briefly stir-fry the kombu and broad beans.
取一個炒鍋放在爐火上,倒入香油燒熱。待油熱後,放入海帶片和蠶豆瓣,稍微翻炒一下。
Add 200 ml of water to the wok, cover, and bring to a boil.
隨後,向鍋中加入 200 毫升清水,蓋上鍋蓋,開始燒煮。
When the broad beans are nearly tender, add the winter melon. Season with salt and simmer until everything is cooked through.
