Pan-Fried Sea Bass marinates scored fish in spring onion and ginger seasoning, fries it golden, and finishes with soy sauce and diced bell pepper.
Clean the sea bass, score it once along the back, and rinse again.
將鱸魚徹底清洗乾淨,再從魚背部劃開一刀,再次沖洗乾淨備用。
Finely chop the spring onion and ginger, mix them with the seasonings, pour the mixture over the fish, and marinate for 2 hours.
將葱和姜切成細末,與5克鹽、6克味精、5克白糖以及5克生抽混合拌勻。將調好的醬汁均勻地塗抹在處理好的鱸魚身上,醃製大約2小時,使其充分入味。
Remove the marinated fish and pan-fry it until golden on both sides. Add a little light soy sauce and let it reduce, then scatter over the diced bell pepper and chopped spring onion. Serve.
醃製時間結束後,將醃製好的鱸魚取出。在煎鍋中加入25克植物油燒熱,放入鱸魚,用中火煎至兩面呈現誘人的金黃色。淋入少許生抽,繼續煎至湯汁收幹。最後,撒上5克彩椒粒和適量的葱花,即可關火盛盤享用。
