Piadina flatbreads knead flour, milk, and olive oil into a soft dough, rolled thin and cooked in a dry skillet ready for any filling.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, warm water, warm milk, olive oil, and salt. Stir these ingredients together, then knead the mixture until you have a dough that is soft, smooth, and no longer sticky.
喺攪拌碗入面,將中筋麵粉、暖水、暖牛奶、橄欖油同鹽混合。搓揉至麵糰柔軟、光滑而唔黐手。
Divide the made dough into individual pieces, with each piece weighing about 3.5 ounces (or 100 grams). Roll each of these portions into a ball, then use a rolling pin to flatten each ball into a thin, circular shape.
將麵糰分成每份約 100 克嘅小份。每份搓成圓球,然後用擀麵棍擀成薄圓形。
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook the piadina flatbreads one at a time.

Your quick piadina flatbreads are now ready! You can fill them with whatever ingredients you like. (For instance, I filled mine with fresh lettuce leaves, slices of cooked ham, and American cheese.) Once filled, fold them, briefly warm both sides in the skillet, and then serve and enjoy!
