Steamed Scallops with Garlic and Glass Noodles set noodles and scallop meat in half-shells, top with chilli-garlic paste, and steam, then drizzle soy.
Thaw the scallops, then use a knife to separate the scallop meat from the shell. Soak the glass noodles in hot water until soft; chop the chilli and mix with the garlic paste and sugar.
帶子解凍後用刀將帶子肉同殼分開。粉絲用熱水浸軟,辣椒切碎,同蒜蓉醬及糖拌勻。
On each scallop shell, place glass noodles, then the scallop meat.
喺帶子殼上放粉絲,再放帶子肉。
Top with the garlic paste.
加上蒜蓉醬。
Once the water in the steamer (or rice cooker outer pot) is boiling, put in the scallops and steam for 6-8 minutes.
蒸鑊(或電飯煲外鍋)水滾後,放入帶子蒸6-8分鐘。
After steaming, sprinkle with chopped spring onion, then drizzle with a little steamed-fish soy sauce and it is done.
蒸好後撒上蔥花,再淋少許蒸魚豉油就完成。
