Teriyaki Chicken Wings sear and steam wings until browned, then glaze them in sake, soy sauce and honey with a sesame finish.
Add some oil to a frying pan. Place the chicken wings in the pan, skin side down, and sear them.

Continue to brown both sides of the wings. Once they are nicely browned, cover the pan with a lid and let them steam-cook until done.

When the chicken wings are well cooked through, carefully wipe any excess oil from the pan.
雞翼煮熟後,抹去鑊中多餘油脂。
Now, add the sake, soy sauce, and honey to the pan. Adjust the flavor by adding water as needed.
加入清酒、豉油和蜂蜜。按需要加水調味。
Serve the wings immediately, garnished with a sprinkle of white sesame seeds.
上桌,撒上白芝麻。
