Tuna egg crepe roll pan-fries an egg crepe wrapper with beaten egg and canned tuna, then rolls and snips it into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan with a little oil to coat, then place the egg crepe wrapper in the pan.
將鍋子燒熱,加入少許油潤鍋,接著放入蛋餅皮。
Once one side has coloured, pour in the beaten egg and press flat with a spatula. Once the egg has set, flip over. Add the tuna on top.
待蛋餅皮其中一面煎至變色後,將打散的雞蛋液倒入,並用鍋鏟將蛋液鋪平。待蛋液凝固成形後,將整片蛋餅翻面,再在上面鋪上鮪魚。
Fry until golden and crispy, then roll up and cut into pieces with scissors.
