Ang salmon steak ay binalot sa glaze ng miso, mirin at rice wine, inihurno sa air fryer para sa saikyo-yaki na lasa, may lemon.
Budburan ng kaunting paminta ang dalawang gilid ng salmon steak. Paghaluin ang miso, mirin at rice wine.
Sprinkle a little white pepper on both sides of the salmon steaks. Mix the miso, mirin and rice wine together.
Pahiran ng sarsa ang salmon at i-marinate ng kahit kalahating oras; mas matagal i-marinate, mas malasa. Ihurno sa preheated air fryer sa 185°C ng 8 minuto para matapos.
Coat the salmon with the sauce and marinate for at least half an hour; the longer it marinates, the more flavour it absorbs. Bake in a preheated air fryer at 185°C for 8 minutes to finish.
*Kung walang air fryer, gumamit ng oven. Pwede ring i-pan-fry; kung gusto mong malutong, punasan muna ang marinade sa ibabaw.
*If you have no air fryer, use an oven instead. You can also pan-fry it; if you want it crisp, wipe off the marinade on the surface first.
