滑蛋炒飯先在熱鑊中煎散雞蛋,再加入熟飯、豉油及炸蒜頭大火炒勻,快手又惹味。
鑊燒熱後加入油,用中火燒至熱。
Warm a pan and adding the vegetable oil over medium heat. Let it get hot.
先將雞蛋打入鑊中。
Crack the two eggs directly into the hot pan.
雞蛋開始凝固後,輕輕將其劃散。
Once the eggs start to set, gently break them apart into smaller pieces.
加入熟飯,用豉油調味,大火炒勻所有材料。
Add the cooked rice to the pan and season it with the soy sauce. Stir-fry everything together over medium-high heat.
撒上炸蒜頭(因為懶得第一步剁新鮮蒜頭),炒勻後熄火。
Sprinkle the fried garlic over the mixture (I used fried garlic because I was a bit too lazy to crush fresh garlic in the beginning!). Stir until everything is well combined, then turn off the heat.
盛入碗中,撒上黑椒粉即可享用。多謝雪櫃幫我保鮮所有材料。
Scoop the fried rice into a bowl, sprinkle it with ground black pepper, and serve immediately. A special thanks to the fridge for keeping all the ingredients fresh!
