高麗菜小魚蛋炒飯爆香小魚乾、椰菜和滑蛋,拌入白飯,以肉燥醬和醬油調味,鹹香惹味。
雞蛋打散,熱鍋加油炒熟後盛出。
Beat the eggs, then scramble them in a hot oiled pan until cooked. Remove and set aside.
鍋中加油,爆香小魚乾和蔥花煸炒香,加入椰菜拌炒,接著加入肉燥醬一起炒香後盛出。
Add oil to the pan. Stir-fry the dried small fish and chopped spring onion until fragrant. Add the cabbage and stir-fry, then add the braised pork sauce and toss together. Remove and set aside.
鍋中加入白飯拌炒,倒入醬油、鹽、黑胡椒調味。
Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry. Season with soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
加入炒好的椰菜、蛋,快速拌勻即可。
Add the cooked cabbage mixture and scrambled eggs. Toss quickly until combined. Serve.
