高麗菜三文魚蛋炒飯將煎好的三文魚、滑蛋和高麗菜絲與白飯同炒,以鹽和白胡椒粉調味。
將煎好的三文魚弄散。洋蔥切成細末,高麗菜切成細絲。準備兩碗已放涼的白飯。將兩隻雞蛋打入碗中,拌勻備用。
Flake the cooked salmon. Finely dice the onion and shred the cabbage. Cool 2 bowls of white rice. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl.
在鍋中倒入油,待油熱後加入蒜末、高麗菜絲和洋蔥末,將它們炒軟。炒好後盛出,先放在一旁備用。利用原來的鍋子,倒入攪拌好的蛋液,稍微煎一下後將蛋液打散,再加入白飯一同拌炒。
Pour oil into the wok, add minced garlic, shredded cabbage and minced onion and stir-fry until soft. Remove and set aside. In the same wok, pour in the beaten egg and lightly fry, then break it up and add the rice to combine.
隨後,將之前炒好的高麗菜絲(和洋蔥末)以及弄散的三文魚一同放回鍋中,與飯粒均勻拌炒。加入鹽調味,再撒上白胡椒粉,再次拌炒均勻後即可關火。將炒飯盛入盤中,最後撒上蔥末作為點綴。
Add the shredded cabbage and salmon and toss together until well mixed. Season with salt, sprinkle in the white pepper powder and stir-fry again until combined. Turn off heat, plate and garnish with spring onion.
