熱帶菠蘿照燒雞肉熱狗包以豉油、清酒同味醂醃製雞柳,夾入熱狗包,配香煎菠蘿同蛋黃醬。
將豉油同清酒灑喺雞柳上,醃約5分鐘。
Sprinkle the chicken tenders with both the soy sauce and sake. Let them marinate for about 5 minutes.
喺鑊中加入少量植物油,放入雞肉煎熟。最後加入味醂令雞肉有光澤。
Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a skillet and cook the chicken until done. Toward the end of cooking, add the mirin to give the chicken a beautiful, glossy finish.
將已切開嘅熱狗麵包放入多士爐烘熱。塗上牛油或植物牛油,然後再塗蛋黃醬。(如果你唔鍾意,可以唔烘。)
Toast the pre-slit hot dog buns in a toaster oven. Once toasted, spread them with butter or margarine, then layer mayonnaise on top. (If you prefer, you can certainly skip the toasting step.)
將雞柳切成一口大細。菠蘿片切成兩半。將雞肉同菠蘿填入麵包完成!
Slice the cooked chicken tenders into bite-sized pieces. Cut each pineapple slice in half. Fill the made buns with the chicken and pineapple to complete your hot dogs!
