椰香紅豆糕用香濃椰漿同粘米粉蒸成,內藏紅豆粒,軟糯香甜的中式糕點。
混合淡奶、椰漿、粘米粉、粟粉、生抽,過篩備用。
Combine the evaporated milk, coconut milk, rice flour, cornstarch and light soy sauce, then strain and set aside.
煮熟紅豆備用,亦可用罐頭紅豆取代;紅豆水加糖煮熱,然後倒入麵糊中攪拌均勻(沒有紅豆水可用清水代替)。
Cook the red beans and set aside, or use canned red beans. Heat the red bean liquid with sugar, then pour it into the batter and stir until even (use plain water if there is no red bean liquid).
倒入模中蒸約 30 分鐘。
Pour into a mould and steam for about 30 minutes.
