涼拌竹筍尖將筍片焯水後,加紅椒絲、醋同鹽拌勻,爽脆酸香,最宜開胃。
將竹筍去皮,清洗乾淨後切成薄片。
Peel the bamboo shoots, rinse, and slice.
把切好的筍片放入沸水中焯燙一下,再撈出瀝乾水分,擺放到盤子裏備用。
Blanch the bamboo slices in boiling water, then drain and arrange on a plate.
將紅椒清洗乾淨,切成細絲。
Wash the red bell pepper and cut into fine strips.
將切好的紅椒絲、醋和鹽一同加入到筍片中,拌勻即可。
Add the red pepper strips, vinegar, and salt to the bamboo. Toss until well combined and serve.
