照燒雞飯漢堡,煎香飯包夾照燒雞肉同生菜,飯包以豉油、芝麻同蛋黃醬調味。
將所有飯包材料混合均勻。分成4份。每份放在保鮮紙上,再蓋上另一張保鮮紙,壓成圓形薄餅狀。共做4個飯包。
Combine all the ingredients for the rice buns. Once mixed, divide the mixture into four equal portions. Take each portion, place it on a piece of plastic wrap, then cover it with another piece of plastic wrap, and gently press it into a flat, round shape. You should end up with four rice buns in total.
用中火將飯包兩面煎至稍微金黃。盛起放在碟上備用。
Cook these rice buns over medium heat, browning them lightly on both sides. Once cooked, set them aside on a plate.
準備餡料。將雞肉切成一口大小,輕輕沾上麵粉,放入平底鍋煎。待顏色轉變後,加入醬汁材料(豉油、砂糖、清酒)。煮熟後盛起放在碟上。
