大量他他醬照燒雞飯以豉油味醂照燒醬煎雞髀鋪飯,再淋上以熟蛋及洋蔥拌成的他他醬。

Trim any excess fat from the chicken thigh. Season both sides with salt and pepper, then let it sit for about 10 minutes.

Shred the lettuce into thin strips and set it aside.

Finely chop the hard-boiled egg and onion. Place them in a bowl along with the other tartar sauce ingredients.

Stir until everything is evenly combined, then adjust the flavor with salt and pepper to your liking. Your tartar sauce is now ready!

Once the chicken is cooked, add the soy sauce, mirin, and cooking sake for the teriyaki sauce. Simmer over medium heat until the sauce thickens.

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place on top of the rice. Pour any remaining sauce over the chicken.

Generously spoon the tartar sauce over the top to finish.
