法式素食意粉一鍋將通心粉同番茄、高湯同香草煮熟,再拌入菠菜同帕馬森芝士。
按順序加入材料:意大利粉、番茄、高湯、洋蔥片、蒜蓉、牛至、甜羅勒、鹽及橄欖油,煮滾。
Combine all the ingredients in a large pot in the following order: ziti pasta, diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, sliced onion, minced garlic, whole leaf oregano, sweet basil, kosher salt, and extra virgin olive oil. Bring the mixture to a boil.
滾起後略加攪拌,蓋上蓋煮 10-15 分鐘,每 5 分鐘攪拌一次。熄火加入菠菜,蓋上蓋靜置 10 分鐘。
Once the mixture is boiling, stir it gently, then cover the pot and continue to boil for 10-15 minutes. Make sure to stir every 5 minutes during this time. After the cooking period, remove the pot from the heat. Add the fresh spinach, cover the pot again, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
加入芝士,蓋回蓋子讓芝士融化。
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, then re-cover the pan to allow the cheese to melt.
