菠菜芝士通心粉焗飯將筆管意粉與菠菜拌入肉荳蔻白汁,加入車打、茅屋及帕爾馬芝士,焗至金黃。
在小鍋中將牛油融化,邊攪邊慢慢加入麵粉,再加入牛奶繼續攪拌,加少許鹽,做成白汁。
To prepare the Bechamel Sauce, melt the butter in a small saucepan. Gradually whisk in the flour, stirring constantly. Continue stirring as you slowly pour in the milk. Add a pinch of salt and cook until you have a smooth, nice Bechamel Sauce.
邊攪邊加入芥末和肉荳蔻。在大鍋中煮意粉約 5 分鐘,瀝乾放入大碗。
Stir the mustard and nutmeg into the Bechamel Sauce. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the penne pasta for about 5 minutes. Drain the pasta and transfer it to a large bowl.
繼續在白汁中加入茅屋芝士、車打芝士和帕爾馬芝士。
Stir the cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese into the Bechamel Sauce.
洗淨菠菜並瀝乾水分。
Wash the spinach well and drain it well.
將意粉放入大碗,加入白汁和菠菜,混合所有材料。
Combine the cooked pasta, the made Bechamel sauce with cheeses, and the spinach in a large bowl. Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
將意粉混合物放入焗盤,鋪上車打芝士和帕爾馬芝士,以 180°C 焗 30 分鐘或至金黃色。
Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking pan. Top it with additional cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, or until it's golden brown. If you decide to make it, please let me know how it turns out! I found it to be delicious.
