鮮淮山南棗百合湯集鮮淮山、蓮子、圓肉、南棗同百合慢煲,清甜滋潤。
洗淨所有材料。

鮮淮山洗淨後,去皮切件。

所有材料加入水中,滾起後細火煲 1.5 小時,加鹽調味,完成!
