新鮮春卷以泡軟春卷皮包裹燒雞、薄荷、紅蘿蔔同青蘋果,免煮即食。
將燒雞切片,春卷皮切開,浸入水中。
Slice the grilled chicken, cut the spring roll wrappers, and soak them in water.
預備好蔬菜。將蔬菜放在春卷皮上,加入雞肉,然後捲起來。(可能唔太好看——呢係我第一次整!)
Prepare the vegetables. Place the veggies on the spring roll wrapper, add the chicken, then roll it up. (It might not look perfect—this was my first time making them!)
亦可以做純蔬果春卷,適合齋戒日或唔食肉的時候。
You can also make fruit and veggie spring rolls for vegetarian days or if you're avoiding meat.
