Pat the pork chops dry. Generously season both sides of each chop with the curry powder, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic salt.
豬扒靜置10分鐘讓味道滲透。
Allow the seasoned pork chops to rest for 10 minutes; this helps them absorb all the wonderful flavors.
平底鑊中火加熱油。
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
豬扒每面煎4至5分鐘至金黃色並全熟。
Once the oil is hot, place the pork chops in the skillet and fry them over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side. Continue cooking until they are well golden brown and well cooked through.
