哈佛蔬菜湯以椰菜、紅蘿蔔、洋蔥同南瓜加水同煮,可隨意加蕃茄,落少許鹽便成清甜蔬菜湯。
所有蔬菜切件後與水一同放入鍋中。
Cut all the vegetables into pieces and put them into a pot with the water.
大火煮至第一次滾起後轉細火再煮 20 分鐘,按喜好加鹽調味即成。
Bring to a boil over high heat, then lower to gentle heat and cook for another 20 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
