喬爾巴湯以免治羊肉炒香雜菜,加番茄蓉及哈里薩辣醬同煮,配米粉、鷹嘴豆及薄荷。
將蔬菜去皮、洗淨,切成細粒。
Peel, washing, and dicing all the vegetables into small, uniform cubes.
喺煲中炒香免治羊肉同蔬菜 5 分鐘。加入磨蓉番茄同哈里薩辣醬。用鹽、黑椒同香料調味,然後加入沸水。
In a large pot, sauté the ground lamb along with the made vegetables for 5 minutes. Stir in the grated tomatoes and harissa. Season generously with salt, pepper, and the specified spices (ras el hanout and paprika), then pour in enough boiling water to cover everything.
將米粉喺鑊中炒至金黃,直接加入煲中,煮至熟透。
In a separate skillet, toast the vermicelli pasta until it turns a beautiful golden brown. Once toasted, add it directly to the pot with the other ingredients and let it boil until the pasta is fully cooked.
加入香草束,然後熄火。
Add the bouquet garni to the pot, then immediately turn off the heat.
盛入碗中,加一片檸檬,撒上乾薄荷。
Ladle the chorba into individual bowls. Garnish each serving with a fresh lemon slice and a sprinkle of dried mint.
