卡拜爾炸麵糰以粗麥粉同雞蛋打成麵糊,一勺勺落鑊炸至金黃,配蜜糖或糖霜。
將雞蛋、鹽同雲尼拿糖放入攪拌碗入面。

加入中筋麵粉同泡打粉。

攪拌均勻後加入粗麥粉,拌至融合。

喺平底鑊預熱葵花籽油。油熱後調細火,用湯匙將麵糊一勺一勺放入鑊中。
In a skillet, heat the sunflower oil. Once the oil is hot, reduce the heat and carefully drop spoonfuls of the batter into the pan.
用另一支匙子輕輕將熱油舀起,淋喺炸麵糰面上,讓佢均勻受熱。

將炸麵糰翻面,兩面均勻煮熟。
Flip the beignets to ensure they cook evenly on both sides.
撒上糖霜或淋上蜜糖。如果用蜜糖,趁炸麵糰仍熱時淋上。享用!
