薯蓉以牛奶、牛油打至幼滑,配蠔油黑椒醬汁,在家還原KFC經典味道。
將薯仔去皮、切件,放入滾水中大約15-20分鐘至完全熟透。
Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces, then boil for about 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
把薯仔壓成泥狀,加入牛奶和牛油,攪拌混合。(*若想薯蓉更幼滑,可放入攪拌機攪均)
Mash the potatoes, add the milk and butter and stir to combine. (For a smoother mash, blend in a food processor.)
混合牛油、蠔油、生粉水,煮至粘稠後加入黑胡椒即成。
For the gravy, combine the butter, oyster sauce and corn starch slurry, cook until thickened, then add the black pepper.
