紅甜椒蛋包將雞蛋同紅甜椒、醬油、蠔油同糖打勻,煎成蛋包鋪在熱白飯上。

First, crack the two large eggs into a bowl. Add the sliced red sweet pepper, followed by all the seasonings (soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar). Beat everything together well until well combined.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the oil. After about 20 seconds, pour in the egg mixture. Cook the omelet until it is completely set.
蛋包煎好後,放在熟白飯上即可。
Once the omelet is cooked through, serve it immediately over the cooked white rice.
