索倫托式意式湯丸將薯仔湯丸煮於番茄白酒醬中,加入水牛芝士及刨絲芝士煮至溶化拉絲,一鍋完成。
喺煲中燒熱橄欖油,加入碎洋蔥炒約2分鐘,再加入鹽、黑椒同白酒。待酒精揮發後加入番茄蓉。
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté it for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then pour in the white wine. Allow the wine to evaporate completely before stirring in the tomato puree.
蓋蓋煮5-6分鐘,加入意式湯丸攪拌。
Cover the saucepan and let it cook for 5-6 minutes. After this time, add the gnocchi and give everything a good stir.
加入半杯清水。
Pour in 1/2 cup of water.
蓋蓋用中細火煮2分鐘,加入瀝乾嘅水牛芝士粒。
Cover again and continue cooking over medium-low heat for 2 minutes. Now, add the diced, drained mozzarella cheese.
撒上刨絲芝士。
Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the top.
蓋蓋再煮2分鐘,熄火靜置幾秒鐘。趁熱上碟,咁水牛芝士就會溶得靚靚。
Cover one last time and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Turn off the heat, then let the dish rest for just a few seconds. Serve it hot immediately, ensuring the mozzarella is well melted and gooey.
