馬達加斯加香蕉炸糰(Mofo Akondro)將熟香蕉沾上雲呢拿麵糊炸至金黃,裹上砂糖同紅糖,免靜置即做。
將所有乾材料混合。
Stir all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
加入牛奶,再加雞蛋,攪拌至麵糊濃稠順滑。
Add the milk, followed by the egg. Stir the mixture until it forms a thick, smooth batter.
將香蕉切成大塊,沾上麵糊。
Slice the bananas into large chunks, then dip each piece into the made batter.
喺熱油中炸。我用匙將炸糰放入油中。炸至金黃後,放喺廚房紙上吸走多餘油分。
Fry the battered banana pieces in hot oil. I found it easiest to use a spoon to carefully drop the fritters into the oil. Once they turn golden brown, transfer them to paper towels to drain any excess oil.
將炸糰裹上砂糖同紅糖混合物。
Finish by coating the warm fritters in a blend of granulated sugar and brown sugar.
