蒜蓉粉絲蒸帶子在半殼上放粉絲同帶子肉,鋪上辣椒蒜蓉醬蒸熟,再淋蒸魚豉油,鮮甜惹味。
帶子解凍後用刀將帶子肉同殼分開。粉絲用熱水浸軟,辣椒切碎,同蒜蓉醬及糖拌勻。
Thaw the scallops, then use a knife to separate the scallop meat from the shell. Soak the glass noodles in hot water until soft; chop the chilli and mix with the garlic paste and sugar.
喺帶子殼上放粉絲,再放帶子肉。
On each scallop shell, place glass noodles, then the scallop meat.
加上蒜蓉醬。
Top with the garlic paste.
蒸鑊(或電飯煲外鍋)水滾後,放入帶子蒸6-8分鐘。
Once the water in the steamer (or rice cooker outer pot) is boiling, put in the scallops and steam for 6-8 minutes.
蒸好後撒上蔥花,再淋少許蒸魚豉油就完成。
After steaming, sprinkle with chopped spring onion, then drizzle with a little steamed-fish soy sauce and it is done.
