甜辣羅勒番茄菲力牛扒,牛扒用羅勒、乾辣椒同紅酒醋醃製後燒烤,再綴洋蔥、番茄同羅勒。
用冷水沖洗菲力牛扒。
Rinse the filets under cool water.
將所有香草和調味料與紅酒醋混合,放入密封容器或保鮮袋中醃製至少30分鐘。
In a bowl, combine all the listed herbs and seasonings with the red wine vinegar. Place the filets into an airtight container or a zip-top bag, add this marinade mixture, and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
放涼後燒烤!
Once marinated, chill the filets, then grill them to your desired doneness.
擺盤時,在烤好的菲力牛扒上放法式洋蔥、粒狀番茄和切絲的新鮮羅勒作裝飾。
For a beautiful garnish, top the grilled filet with French onion, diced tomatoes, and shredded fresh basil.
