Beef tenderloin and crisp-fried potato cubes stir-fried in a black pepper and honey glaze finished with toasted sesame, a dai pai dong favourite.
Thaw the beef cubes, pat dry with kitchen paper, then marinate with the marinade for 30 minutes.
牛柳粒解凍後用廚房紙索乾水份,加入醃料醃30分鐘。
Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into cubes.
薯仔洗淨後去皮切粒。
Heat oil in a wok, add the potato cubes and fry until golden (stir occasionally), then lift out and blot off the oil with kitchen paper; set aside.
燒熱油鑊,放入薯仔粒煎至金黃色(需要不時攪勻),撈起用廚房紙索油備用。

燒熱油鑊,放入牛柳粒煎至6~7成熟後,加入薯仔粒和蜜糖快手炒勻,最後灑上炒香芝麻便成。
