Black Pepper Beef Strips flash-fry marinated beef, then toss it with onion and red chilli in a thick sauce of soy, Shaoxing wine, and black pepper.
Slice the beef into strips against the grain. Slice the onion.

Mix seasoning A and rub it thoroughly into the beef strips. Marinate for 30 minutes.

Pour half of the black pepper sauce over the onions.
將製作好的黑胡椒醬取一半,均勻地淋在盤中的洋葱絲上。
Return the beef to the wok for a quick toss, add the remaining black pepper sauce, then arrange over the onions and serve.
將之前滑油的牛肉絲重新倒入鍋中,快速翻炒幾下。接着加入剩餘的黑胡椒醬,拌炒均勻後,將牛肉絲盛出,擺放在淋有醬汁的洋葱絲上即可。
