Goldfish Wontons wrap a smooth pork, broccoli and shiitake filling in goldfish-shaped wrappers, served in a light soup with egg strips and sesame oil.
Prepare all the ingredients.

Crack an egg and beat it.

Brush a thin layer of oil in the pan, pour in the beaten egg and swirl into a thin omelette sheet.
鑊中掃一層薄油,倒入蛋液攤成蛋皮。
Let the egg sheet cool, then cut it into thin strips.
蛋皮放涼後切絲。
Rinse the pork, broccoli and shiitake mushrooms, then finely chop them one by one.
豬肉、西蘭花和冬菇逐一洗淨切碎。
Put the chopped ingredients into a food processor and blend into a smooth filling.
將切碎的食材放入攪拌機打成餡蓉。
Cut the wonton wrappers diagonally, then wrap the blended filling inside them.
雲吞皮沿對角切開,把餡料包入雲吞皮中。
Bring a pot of water to the boil and cook the wontons until done.
煲滾一鍋水,放入雲吞煮熟。
Add the egg strips, simmer briefly, then serve topped with spring onion and a little sesame oil.
加入蛋皮絲略煮後盛起,最後加入葱花和適量麻油。
