Harvard Vegetable Soup combines cabbage, carrot, onion, and pumpkin simmered in water, with optional tomatoes and a pinch of salt.
Harvard Vegetable Soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

Half a cabbage
椰菜 半個
1 carrot
紅蘿蔔 1 條
1 onion
洋蔥 1 個
1 small pumpkin
南瓜 1 小個
2 tomatoes (optional)
蕃茄 2 個(可省略)
2 litres water
水 2 升
01Cut all the vegetables into pieces and put them into a pot with the water.
02Bring to a boil over high heat, then lower to gentle heat and cook for another 20 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
