HK-style pork slices marinated in cornstarch meet onion and tri-colour peppers, cooked over high heat with garlic and black pepper.
Wash and thinly slice the pork. First mix with cornstarch and one tablespoon of water and leave for 10 minutes. Then add salt and sugar and marinate for another 15 minutes.

While the pork marinates, prepare the vegetables. Deseed and wash the bell peppers. Cut bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic.

Add half a bowl of water, bring to a boil, then add the pork. Place the pork in the centre where the water is bubbling so it cooks more evenly. Cover and cook for about 3 minutes.

Remove the lid, stir-fry until the sauce reduces.
