Macaroni Soup with Ham simmers macaroni, diced ham, peas and corn in chicken stock, seasoned with white pepper and sesame oil for breakfast.
Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Rinse under cold water, drain, and set aside.
跟包裝上的說明把通心粉煮熟,用冷水沖洗,瀝乾水分,備用。
Soak the green peas and corn kernels in boiling water for about 3 minutes to remove the raw vegetable taste. Drain and set aside.
用沸水把青豆同粟米粒浸約 3 分鐘,去『菜青味』。撈起瀝乾水分,待用。
In a deep pot, combine the chicken stock and water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add the macaroni, ham, green peas, and corn kernels. Once it returns to a boil, season with salt, white pepper, and sesame oil. Serve hot.
用一個深煲,倒入雞湯同水,中大火煮滾後,加入通心粉、火腿、青豆同粟米粒。再滾後,加鹽、胡椒粉同麻油調味即成,趁熱享用。
