Cut the chicken breasts into strips. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

Place the marinated chicken onto an oven tray lined with greaseproof paper. Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. First, warm each wrap in the microwave for 20 seconds; this will make them softer and easier to roll. Spread the Philadelphia soft cheese evenly over each wrap, ensuring it's not too thick. Add the spinach, chopped spring onion, and mixed lettuce. To seal the wrap, moisten one end with a little cold water on your finger.
