Brioche Buns mix flour, Greek yogurt, and baking powder with chocolate chips, then bake into soft golden rolls brushed with egg wash.
First, combine the flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add the Greek yogurt and sugar, mixing them in. Once those are incorporated, stir in the chocolate chips.

Lightly flour a surface and turn out your dough. Form it into a ball, then divide it into 8 to 10 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a small ball and arrange them on a baking sheet that's been lined with parchment paper. Brush each bun with the egg yolk and milk mixture, and then gently score a small cross on top of each one. Bake these for 15 to 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 350°F (180°C).
