Shrimp Paste and Beef Bean Curd Rolls wrap beef and shrimp paste in bean curd skin, then braise them with tomatoes in a savoury ketchup-oyster sauce.
Soak the bean curd skin rolls in warm water to soften, lay them flat, top with sliced beef and then shrimp paste, and roll them up inward.
