Stir-Fried Asparagus with Button Mushrooms pairs blanched asparagus and mushrooms sauteed in butter and garlic with black pepper and oyster sauce.
Slice the button mushrooms and cut the asparagus into short lengths.

Bring water to a boil and blanch the asparagus briefly.

Heat a little oil in the wok and stir-fry the chopped garlic until fragrant.
鑊中放少許油,下蒜蓉爆香。
Add the button mushrooms and stir-fry over low heat.
下口蘑,慢火翻炒。
Once the mushrooms soften, add the butter, let it melt and continue stir-frying.
口蘑炒至略軟後加入牛油,化開牛油繼續翻炒。
Add the asparagus pieces and stir-fry together.
下蘆筍段一同翻炒。
Add salt, cracked black pepper and oyster sauce, and stir-fry until evenly combined.
加鹽、黑胡椒碎、蠔油,炒勻即成。
